Hello. I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) psychotherapist in training. I have completed the four-year taught element of the Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute, a registered professional body of UKCP and HIPC (Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College), and am now preparing for final submission.

I live in Swansea, South Wales, and am currently seeing clients in person or on-line via Zoom.

We all experience life’s challenges and at times we may benefit from support to help us find clarity. It’s not always an easy thing to seek support however, indeed it can be a challenge in itself and demand real courage. So it’s really important that you feel safe and that there is a ‘fit’ between us, that you feel that I’d be an OK person to work with.

Often in life we get stuck in patterns which, though once useful ways of being and relating, have now outgrown their usefulness to us, perhaps now beginning to get in our way even. Psychotherapy can offer both the space to express, grasp and understand these patterns and then the support and challenge to grow in ways which feel right to you.

I draw on a range of sources to bring my curiosity to meet you as a whole person. I am interested in your thoughts, your feelings, your actions and what may be going on in your body as well as what may emerge in the here and now of the relationship between us. I am influenced by the theories of Transactional Analysis (TA), Attachment and Gestalt.

I aim to meet you in a spirit of acceptance, form a genuine relationship with you, and provide a safe space for you to bring whatever you may need to bring.

I have experience in working with people in the following areas:
